I was told that as long as I arrived before 4:45 that it would be ok. I drove 45min to arrive shortly before closing, like I'd asked, only to be informed that they were closed and couldn't do anything. I would have appreciated just being told 'no' on the phone so I wouldn't have wasted an hour and a half driving with a trailer.
