  I love Guy Anderson! Best money I ever spent in getting a home inspection by him so that I could prioritize what needs to be done. He was very thorough and very helpful in answering all my many questions. I wanted to sort through "needs" and "wants" and figure out what improvements would pay off when it comes time to sell the house. He was invaluable in making this happen at a very fair price. Very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Couldn't recommend more highly.

  My realtor utilized him for the inspection process of my first home. The Total discrepancies that could’ve been fixed by the seller came in just under the required threshold. One major issue that was not disclosed anywhere in the report or sale was in regards to a water problem in the basement. The only discrepancy noted stated “water appears to be coming from the clothes washer” when in all reality, the water was pushing up from the basement floor and seeping through slight settling cracks. Upon noticing this, I gave him a call to question as to why this was not included in the report and I was met with “these older homes don’t have water management systems and this is extremely common” I got multiple quotes to fix this issue and it came in at over 7 grand. If this was extremely common, this should have been included in the report as I would’ve had the ability to walk away or request repairs prior to the sale. I was not expecting to have to put this amount of money into my first home right off the bat. The owner did nothing in regards to customer service to rectify this issue. I would not recommend him for any jobs. I would’ve been better off saving the $440 dollars it costed to get the inspection done.

  I have a Choice Home Warranty. I had three things go out at the same time. A leaky faucet in my hall bathroom and a leaky toilet at the base which had become lose. My garbage disposal also stopped working. He called and came early. He argued with the home warranty company and got all three repairs on the one 85 dollar deductible. He replaced the faucet in the bathroom, repaired the leaky and lose toilet, and replaced the garbage disposal with a better unit. He did it in great time ahead of schedule. He was also a very relaxed and personable workman. Great Job. Thanks!!
