- WCWill Coquillette3 days ago5.0Scott and his apprentice Cameron came out to fix a couple leaks, one of which was major and resulting in water gushing through the kitchen ceiling from an upstairs bath. They came out within 2 hours of me calling them, and they had it fixed in under 3! I am beyond impressed with the service and expertise. The second leak was more minor and since there were two of them, they got them both done very quickly! For the major leak, they removed the faulty bath and shower valve and trim and replaced it with a brand new one I had purchased and intended to install myself. But I was in way over my head and was going to have to buy a bunch of expensive tools I didn’t have. Scott even patiently answered a bunch of extra questions I had about various plumbing issues I had around the house. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me some really good pointers regarding maintenance and troubleshooting. I will absolutely reach out to Lutz Plumbing for any future plumbing issue! I even signed up with their annual plan so I can get same day service.
