  Worked with Klein through water damage. They did a great job working with my insurance and the quality of work and the timing was great. Hopefully I don’t need their services any time soon, but I would definitely work with them again.

  A couple years ago, I was selling my house and the home inspection said that I had broken trusses on my roof. I got 3 bids to repair it. They ranged between $11,300-$12,800. This was covered on my insurance. My insurance company called Klien to come out and look at it. The salesman at Klien said that it was a $2100 job. But, there was no way they would be able to do it. Needless to say I got a check from my insurance company for $1600. I had a $500 deductible. I argued with Klien asking them how can I replace 19 square of shingles, decking, and repair 13 broken trusses. All they would say is that it could be done. Just not by them. They came up with a way to RIG the trusses and said they could get a structural engineer to sign off on it. Which they didn't, because there was NO WAY it was even close to being right. If they would have agreed to do the work for $2100 there is no way I would have let them right the trusses the way they suggested I do it. If they do work like this as a company, I would stay as far away as you can. I ended up having to fix the trusses myself. No labor, just materials, cost me $8700. BEWARE!!!
