- FSFrank Spears3 days ago1.0Horrific experience all the way around. Would not trust anything one of their employees says. Purchased a shed through Home Depot as a vendor. Explained had another shed of theirs on property that needed to be moved first before new on was built. Assured it was not an issue. 2 weeks goes by after purchase and day of install told one employee hurt their back and another person called and said an employee didn't return from vacation. OK, things happen, but reminded those employees that the shed on site still wasn't moved. Another week goes by and on day of pouring rain employee shows up to move shed as the install is coming an hour later or so. Employee to move shed tries and it won't budge. Say its needs to be empty. And since I wasn't on his original schedule he will call the office. Now it get comical, because how are you gonna build over the top of the existing shed. Told salesperson from purchase I was not unloading existing shed. However some sort of operations manager calls 4-5 hours later and says you need to unload the shed. I explained they had 3 weeks to move it in decent weather and you want me to unload it in pouring rain and you want to build my new one in pouring rain. He stated we do this stuff every day. Told him just cancel the new shed then. Stated OK but you pay a restocking fee. Pay a fee for ZERO work that was done and being put off because of THEIR employee issues. Would never recommend this company to anyone except someone I might truly hate and dislike. Oh and damaged the base of existing shed. Great job guys.

Kudos to Mr Tim.
