I had originally planned to look at Tuff Shed on line. I fiddled around with the app but thought really, I’m old school so I decided to visit. I met John when he came out to provide assistance. We chatted about the various sheds. I then zeroed in on the one I eventually purchased. He told me all about it and that it was originally purchased by someone else but couldn’t take it. I then told him I would contact the next day. I contacted his the next day and said I wanted it. Not long after we did the deal. John was extremely helpful and was the consummate sales rep for the company. His easy going manner coupled with his thorough knowledge really sealed the deal. He was also really helpful with my schedule in the delivery stage. A true professional. I would also add that Devon the delivery man really knows his business too. The way he backed up and set up the shed was second to none. On the whole, Tuff Shed is the real deal in my book. I will be telling my friends about my very positive experience. Thanks so much.
