- DCDiane CarenasDec 4, 20255.0From start to finish Restopro did everything necessary to repair the damage to our hardwood floors from a leak in our dishwasher. They removed the water soaked boards, set up mitigation with fans and dehumidifiers, covered and taped over the areas where we needed new wood. Once Joel and his crew finished mitigation, a flooring crew came to replace the old wood, then match and finish the floors so they had the same color from old to new. Everyone involved worked very hard, were polite and respectful, stayed each workday until they got the task completed! I felt they went over and above to perfect their work and leave beautiful floors. Ryan, Joel, and Billy plus their assistants deserve this recognition as do the crews they used. Restopro has my complete recommendation and admiration for a job well done! They also worked with our insurance company’s claims adjuster to cover all the information needed between them to ensure I had proper coverage. We are still working with a minor issue in that area—not a problem with Restopro. I hope if you need this type of assistance, you’ll give Restopro a chance. You will be happy with the result!

The work was of course done very well, and I really appreciated how smooth the communication was throughout the whole project. He explained the process really thoroughly and patiently, always kept me informed of what the next step was, and if I had any questions he was very easy to get in touch with, even over the weekend, and I always got a prompt response. Dealing with water damage is a stressful experience, but Joel and his crew were really good teammates to have!
