- DRDennis RSep 25, 20251.0Update 3 October 2025: No contact from BFS. The last direct contact from BFS was 8 November 2024 from Dennis Donnelly who has been retired for several months. The store manager Matt Miller is unresponsive as is the sales manager Jason Prince. Update 27 Sep 2025: Thank you for the reply. Can you let us know when we will hear from management and get action on our supply issues that you have been aware of for over 15 months? We have contacted BFS several dozen times over this time, but have yet to get our issues resolved. The Windsor Windows rep I spoke to yesterday for both missing parts, windows and doors, as well as warranty failure issues says BFS have only contacted them about one of sixteen issues that need to be resolved. Windsor stated that Jason P. only contacted them last week for the first time despite knowing of the issues since July 2024. Windsor states they can only take direction from BFS and BFS have not alerted them of our issues over the last 15 months so they will do nothing on their scheduled call out in a month. Additional issues including warranty issues of failing doors, missing hardware etc. were alerted to BFS in February 2025. It seems Jason has dropped the ball on these as well. Jason has refused phone calls since November 2024. In additional to the external doors and windows the internal door order that was to be delivered in June 2024 has not been completed despite being paid in full in April 2024. Corporate BFS has yet to follow up. It appears they just like writing responses to appear to be customer focussed, but in actuality do nothing. Original post: Still waiting on windows and doors ordered and paid for in April 2024. I would not recommend to my worst enemy.
