  We had an amazing experience with One Hour, who installed our HVAC and did the aeroseal and duct cleaning. Erick, Kirby and their other colleague were amazing. Top notch service and great customer service. Scott was great too and explained everything to us when we were making decision on what to do. We’ve noticed already a huge difference in airflow after the aeroseal!

  Kevin Castillo of One Hour Plumbing and Heating gave us a second opinion look and quote for our AC unit. We had previously been quoted $900 by Mission for a fix to our unit. Kevin listened to what details I gave him snd he was able to repair for 1/3 the cost! He also signed us up for annual maintenance of our unit and did more for us than Mission did in the past year! Hands down, One Hour Plumbing and Heating gave us confidence that they are the ones for us. Thank you Kevin!!

  Our AC stopped working after hours and after not being able to contact our current company, which was unreliable, We were able to connect with One Hour, They sent Nick who was amazing very thorough with his review and fixed our AC. We are now working with them and always have Nick come over when any AC needs come up. They are a smaller family owned company and very responsive. We definitely recommend.

  Kevin was awesome! He was prompt, very thorough in his assessment of our needs, took time to explain everything, and provided us with a variety of options moving forward. Kevin was very professional and polite, and he got us set up for installation on the spot. As of now we are very happy with Kevin and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning 👍🏻

  Because these guys work per job not per hour, you know they'll get stuff done efficiently. Unlike Anthony's Heating and Cooling, these guys won't try to scam you. They won't charge you for work and then not not do the work. Stay away from them. One Hour Heating and cooling on the other hand, these guys are here to help you with your problem and do what they can to help financially. You can immediately tell they care. Like actually care and not trying to rip you off or get rich off of you. My respects to Tristen B, great guy that knows what he is doing and can clearly tell he has exceptional customer service skills. That guy needs a couple of raises and extra PTO. Hopefully he comes out all the time to my service calls going forward.
