The sales girl could have listened better. I ask for a rainfall shower head that didn’t happen, It looks like a regular shower head there were some other issues also. Gary didn’t know I decided not to get a shower chair. He had to call the company to make sure. The installation was awesome, sales not so much.

I met Stepfanie who was the representative, she arrived on time at my house. She was representing Tailored remodeling. The presentation was informative, the product that she showed me was of high quality. The company has excellent ratings that indicates a company that is driven an exceptional quality of product and craftsmanship! I’m looking forward to having a safe shower in my home!
