They diagnosed the problem of having an oversized heating unit and that it wouldn't work for the duplex. Very professional and told us what we needed. They didn't have the correct Goodman equipment to install so we're upgraded to Amana the next day.

Alexis came today to change filters on our 2 units. She did maintenance for our last visit when we were having problems with heat. She did not waste time then nor did she today. But what I really appreciate is that she said she would return to change the filters. I used to change the filters, but it’s become too burdensome. Alexis did today exactly what she told me she would do. She also ordered the filters I will need replaced this spring. Brilliant! No one has ordered these ahead before. She is polite, respectful and made sure she was quiet since my grandson was napping. She’s like a ninja…quiet and stealthy while accomplishing tasks with great precision .

Disappointing! I agree with another review left 27 days ago "This company is made up of salesmen first and technicians last."
Firstly, I will say I am in sales so I do understand the principal to lock in clients with valued offers, no harm in that. However, the tech came over, within an hour on a very cold day when my furnace was out (5 star) and took a look at the unit.
He then tells me that I simply need maintenance and he can sign me up on a program where they come out and service I believe twice a year. Detail to the program is irrelevant as I told him I was going to be selling my home and would like to simply understand what needed repaired for today. I then got a strait face and he seemed to not know what to do next.
I had to ask multiple times what needed repaired and the only response I could get was maintenance. I asked what part and was not given a answer. He then said, I tell you what - you will be charged $99 for the service call, albeit there is an offer for new clients to have this waived, of course that was not mentioned and then an additional fee of $240 to repair the furnace. He then said and I quote "I will do a bit more work while down there to make sure you get your moneys worth". What does this even mean??? I have NO IDEA on what was actually repaired. The root cause was a dirty pilot light that simply needed cleaned off.
The invoice states "Minor incidental repair required to restore unit to full operational status." Charge $238 - in total $337. (1 star)
I don't mind paying for service but to not be clear with clients on what they are paying for is absurd. The only reco this person was pursuing as a solve was to enroll in the maintenance program. Had he started off with what the actual issue was, cost to repair that, and then offer up a maintenance option that would have been ideal - train your team how to interact with customers and selling 101.

Francisco came out and was very pleasant and friendly. He was very confident in his work and knew exactly what needed to be do e to get our heat working again on a really cold day. He already scheduled us a new maintenance appointment and made sure we were satisfied with his work before he left. Amazing Job!!!!!!!

I had a great experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning! Sam was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He truly cared about my concerns and addressed any questions I had. The day of my install he followed up with me to make sure his install guys arrived on time and wanted to make sure he had the correct names on the warranty paperwork. He also had dropped off space heaters for the days that I was without heat! Nothing but praise worthy things to say about Sam!
Logan and Kirby did a fantastic job installing my furnance and air conditioner! They were professional and left behind no messes. Logan showed me had to work my brand new fancy thermostat which I really appreciated. Logan also replaced one of my old breakers free of charge. During the install the Install Manager stop by to make sure everything was going good and on-time which again just proved to me I made the right choice by choosing One Hour Heating and Cooling!
I highly recommend One Hour Heating and Cooling! I will be using them for all my future heating and cooling needs!
