Cut out all the bad spots replaced those with new material and double sealed it with a quality sealer. All this for a very fair price with a guarantee. - AZAndy ZebleyNov 11, 20251.0Bad product and can't get Chad to come back to fix what we paid for. We had Chad overlay our driveway September of 2023...initially looked great. He came back the following summer to seal it and cracking and crumbling had started to appear all over. He gave us a 1 year warranty at install so we figured we were fine. We made him aware of the issues 9 months after install and have been trying to get him back out to fix everything since August of 2024 (have text messages to prove it). We've reached out to him dozens of times and he keeps putting us off saying he will fix it, but has never showed up. It's one excuse after the next. Now he's ignoring me altogether. We've been more than patient seeing how we paid almost $20k for his services. It's been 15 months since I originally told him about the issues and no end in site. Buyer beware!!
