An aggressive door to door salesperson named, Anthony, doesn’t know how to read “No Soliciting” signs nor knows what the word “no” means or “please get off my property!” After refusing to leave after so long, he started insulting me and my deceased mother. With predatory practices like this, run away from them as fast as you can.

I had a full kitchen remodel that turned out beautifully. I really liked the professionalism of Alex and Blake, the did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the soft close drawers and cabinets, to the beautiful black countertop and sink. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

Well, would I recommend? Probably not. It's not the windows that are bad. They look nice and work fine. It's the stuff we went through with the company. We had to redo our contract five different times. The first thing, and each time, I would notice something not right with the contract. The second problem was a window in my living room. It's three windows that make one big one. The salesman said that we only needed to replace two of the three. Sounds good to us, that saves us some money, right? They sent a fellow out to measure them, and he said the same thing about it. That they could just replace two of the three. Well, a week or so later, we get a call that someone needs to come out and go over a change in our contract. That's all they say. So I call my salesman and ask him. He now tells me they have to replace all three windows; the factory says they can't do what I was told they could do due to structural support. But he says he will do everything he can for them to eat the cost, being it was on them for the mistake. Well, I ended up getting a $1,000 hit on it after a lot of back and forth. The next thing was the day of installation. I get a phone call saying my windows are in and they need to set up an installation day. They say, how about Tuesday? I say I can make that work. I'll have to move stuff around, but yes, let's get it done. They gave me a show-up window of 8am to 10am that Tuesday. Well, 8 came, so did 9, and then 10, then 11, then at 11:30am, I called and asked where they were. I was informed my windows did not come in on the truck on Monday, and they were not going to be coming that day. Well, the sad part is they knew on Monday my windows did not show up. One would think they would call you and let you know. But no, they did not feel that need. It took me calling them after they no-showed to find out. The scheduling person I talked to really did not see much of a problem with it, though he was sorry, and moving forward, they would try harder. Well, I still lost a day of wages, and I could have kept them had I known on Monday that they were not coming. Just buyer beware. Good windows, not happy with the company they need better communication.

Every step of the experience with Mad City was superb! I found each person creative and flexible!! Alex came to do the installation of one new tall cabinet/pantry unit and to replace all drawers and fronts of my existing custom built kitchen. What a joy to see him complete every part of the installation to perfection right down to placint the handles in the convenient position for my height!! He was meticulous about covering the fridge, doorway, and entire counter/sink all along the way so the rest of my house stayed clean! Part of the time, Alex had a coworker, Suzan assisting. It was delightful to see both men extremely attentive and respectful of each other and their craft. Their families are blessed to have them at home! Thank you Mad City team!!

We called Mad city after seeing their ad on our news neighbors app and on Facebook We thought they would be a good company to go through they look like it they sounded professional, so we spoke to them. In the beginning they said we could get a free quote, and have it up to a year so we had someone come out because we that that was a good option.Their team member who was supposed to come, and do a walk through or presentation with us was nice and semi-professional. To begin your team member showed up late by an hour and a half We did not get a phone call to be notified that he was coming or a text message that he would be late. We only knew he was coming because we made the appointment He was sweet however he was pretty aggressive on the sales tactics we try to talk about pricing but he kept going back and forth saying well it depends on what you want We tried to tell what we want He give us a price He wanted to do 12 years lone with payments $332 it'll cost us about $43,000 for a shower with affordable chair in it attached to the wall, and that's walking. We try to ask him if we could have some time to think about it, and ihe said no the he got more aggressive with the sales tactics saying that he would not be able to give us a quote he would only be able to give 1 prince that would be good for the 1 night, and we'd have to call again to get someone else to come out to do another presentation all over again. It was a very long presentation, and it was very late We asked him about 10: 00 pm to please leave, and the team member was supposed to be there at 6:00 p.m. and showed up at 6:40 to almost 7:00 pm if he couldn't give us a quote or give us time to think about it we chose to ask him please leave again because we were not going to make a decision without having time to think about it fully if the payments were right for us. I would think very carefully if you choose to use mad City for your shower or bath remodels I think they could do very beautiful work but I think they can also be very expensive very quickly, and use aggressive sales tactics to get to you to say yes when you're not ready. God bless
