Our interaction with this company started from a door to door salesman. We only entertained the appointment because of the quote being good for a year. My husband made it very clear we weren't looking to do something until later this year. The door to door salesman books you for a 1 hour appt. We had a 6pm appt on Thursday night. The "1 hour appt" lasted 3 hours. 3 hours. Not how I wanted to spend my night. The sales rep has you plan out the whole shower and encourages you to get all the bells and whistles you want, even though you share early on a monthly payment budget (and ours was pretty low). By the end he quotes a $36,700 shower and tries to tell you that the rest of the bathroom which they don't touch would cost only an additional 5k to get done by some other general contractor. So, go big on the shower 🙄 Once you get the outlandish price, we got an immediate discount for some January promotion which took it down to 34k. That still wouldn't work for us, so he said we'd get an additional 15% off if we commit today taking it to 29,558. We told him several times we cannot make any financial commitment for a project right now, and wanted to wait until fall to actually start the remodel. Still not taking the "not right now" as an answer, he called someone and got another discount added on if we put a sign on our yard. We're at 26k now for the shower. Again, it's a "not today" from us, and then he thinks about the employee discount he could get us if we are a yes, he'd be willing to call his boss. That would take it down to 24k, and with another no from us, he could call and get it to 23k but his boss has 6 kids so he's only willing to call for that discount if we are a yes today. This level of sales aggressiveness is so off putting. He would not take no for an answer and worked hard to work us down. That approach does not gain my trust in your company. It's a giant no from me forever.

Alex and Blake did a great job with my kitchen countertop installation. They took great care to make sure it was sealed well. And it fit perfectly with no damage to my existing tile backsplash.

My kitchen countertops look great, and to top it off, I don’t think I could have had better installers. Both of them were very kind and very careful to take care of my home while getting the job done. Sorry I can’t remember both names, but THANKS GUYS!

Every step of the way was completed with care and transparency. It was wonderful being able to support a business created from my wife's home state. The work they did on both the patio door and out bathroom remodel was phenomenal-to include the issue with shipping. (manufacture sent the wrong glass panel that was too long for our project- so not a mad city problem themselves). They were quick with the whole process - patio door being done in half a day and the bathroom in two days of actual work time. Even the wait for the correct panel piece went by fast and smooth. We love the work they did to our home and love the Lifetime Warranty even more! They were professional, clean, and thorough with the work they did!
