He never completed the project and stole thousands from me. I informed them of this and they never bothered to return my phone call or reply to my email. Be careful as they have demonstrated they will employ unethical people. I would think they would be more careful of the people they allow in their customers homes.

Mike stopped by our house and gave us a nice personal touch. They sent the bid over and had mentioned when they could come by in the coming week. I totally forgot that I needed to make a deposit payment to get officially on the schedule. I called Mike, on a Saturday, and he answered and helped me understand that he would do his best to get me in as soon as possible. By Monday morning, they had the crew over and finished in no time! So grateful for the entire team at Fantastic Floors! I will be using them again in the future!
