Ryan came out within a couple of days, assessed the situation, and said he'd have a quote for me the next day. A couple of days passed, and I called to get an update on my quote. The person on the other end of the line said he would have it the next day, but it never came. I ended up writing them off and going with another, much more reliable company. At the end of the day, how can I trust a company I am more than willing to patronize to take care of my home when they say they are going to if I can't even get a quote?
