  Bennett did a fantastic job helping to determine the issue why the upstairs was not receiving cold air. Thinking like a true technician, he was able to make a few adjustments thinking “outside of the box” to make sure the upstairs was as cool and blowing a significant of amount of air than before he arrived. Great service!

  Marquies and Atticus provided me with excellent service. They were both very polite and professional, helped to diagnose my issue, then offered their advice on what next steps I should take. Anytime in the future when I have a plumbing issue, I'll be giving them a call.

  Their tech came out his name is Benett was very nice he found a small leak he checked the inside unit then the outside unit found couple problems He inspected everything possible more than all my other guys ever did didn't rush Rush the job like all of my other ac guys that came here really appreciate his Intelligence Intelligence and his time and effort to explain things to me Thank you very much from Curtis apfl Communications

  Polestar is the absolute best plumbing business I have worked with in Hallbrook. Tim was cordial, professional, honest and transparent! The cost of service was particularly reasonable and there were no surprises. Every stage of the process was explained before he started. I highly recommend Polestar without reservations and will use them for all needed services in the future. I advised Tim I will recommend him and his firm to friends and family. GOOD JOB!!

  Bennett and Elian both were very thorough in looking into the reasons my air conditioner was not running properly. They found two instances where the contactor in compressor were causing power Over consumption. I was very pleased with the four different options that they gave me to solve the problem and they even customized it after I wanted to add some services and they offered some really good financing because I couldn’t afford it at the time you can trust these guys they’re very knowledgeable and they took the time to explain everything and I especially like the pictures and I could see that the problem really existed with the pictures. They’re very trustworthy.
