- MDMike DresherJul 8, 20242.0A note to other customers. A reservation is not an agreement (it's specified in their document). Meaning, even though you have made a reservation, United Rentals can opt to not fulfill it at any time as was the case with my reservation. I rented two utility vehicles for a memorial and family reunion 45 days in advance. Three days before delivery of the UTVs United Rentals calls to tell me they have pulled the UTVs designated for my reservation to give to one of their larger customers. I didn't haggle on the price and agreed to buy the insurance from United Rentals. Disappointing ☹
