  They replaced my ancient heating system. So far with this cold snap (Jan 2024) it is a champ. Thank you for convincing me to get the 96% efficiency. I'm amazed there is so few google reviews for you guys. Story time: I got these guys for a geo unit(Still in the process). I told them about my dying heat unit and they replaced it, set up the geo for a future install (that will be another story for later). They took out the old unit, used the existing structure and placed it in after the usual getting things correct. These guys made sure all the t's was crossed and i's dotted and answered my daughters questions :) So just wanted to let you know my replaced heating system works well and better.

  At 1st I thought the young man was very rude but after he was done I think he just was having a bad day he lightened up and was nice

  THEY OVERCHARGE!!!!!! If you hire them for service, then be prepared to pay big time. I had them come and replace a contactor on my A/C unit. I had told them prior to the technician coming to my house what was wrong and what needed to be replaced. It took the technician 15 minutes to fix what was wrong. When I received the bill it was $122. The part was $12, labor was $75, and there was a $35 diagnostic fee. When I asked why the labor charge was so high for only 15 minutes of work, they told me that they start the work clock the minute they leave the office to drive to the job site, while they are working, and while they drive back to their office. Instead of charging a separate travel charge (like most businesses) of $.50-$1.00/mile. I live 15 minutes from Marion, so I paid them at their labor rate for 30 minutes while they were driving. When I asked about the diagnostic fee when I had told them what was wrong to begin with, they told me that they still had to make sure everything worked fine, and didn'tremove the charge.
