  I cannot thank the team at Patriot Coatings enough for the work they have done on our garage. I can genuinely say that everything that could have happened did. We had a problem where moisture came up through the foundation of the garage and the first coating had to be removed. The second time there was a problem with the product being put down and they had to come back out for a 3rd time to fix it. The crews that come out were nice and professional and left a clean space when they left. All I can say is they were professional the entire time and always did what was right for me. The process may have taken longer but I also understand things happen. The main thing was the team at Patriot Coatings did the right thing and fixed it and made it right. I have seen reviews where some people have posted problems and my experience was nowhere near what was posted. There are sometimes that things happen so understanding and patience is needed. I will not sugar coat the problems we had, it prevented us from using the garage like we wanted and we had to keep things in storage in our basement and outside for longer than we wanted to. However the floor looks great, I would not change a thing and it was well worth the wait. Even with my challenges I would give 5 stars because they did what was right and the problems were outside of their control. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs quality work done. Thank you to the team at Patriot Coatings for the great communication, quality of work, and coming through on their commitment.

  Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They sent a new installer to do my job and he admitted he wasn’t trained well enough and it was his first job by himself - nice fella but I’ll equipped. Our floor is still not right and ownership refuses to fix it. They’ve been out 4 times and act like they’re doing me a favor, yet our floor is still messed up in places and they refuse to make it right. If they would’ve done it right the first time, they wouldn’t have had to come back. They even sent their Alabama affiliate up to fix it and they said “we understand why you’re pissed”. They were a only able to fix certain aspects they said because the floor really should have been stripped and reapplied, but the owner wouldn’t allow that. I paid a lot of money for a floor that is not right. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!

  We used Patriot Coatings for our garage floor. From start to finish they were great to work with. They were on time and professional. Once they started the job, they stayed until the floor was done. The finished product exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!!

  Amazing Owners and Amazing Outcome. I’ve been wanting to have this type of Flooring in my Garage for over 25 Years and they made it happen for us at our house here in Helena. Would Highly Recommend you get them to do your Coated Flooring.
