  The Window World installation guys were an exceptional, motivated, and professional team. I thought that replacing ten windows would take all day but this group was done in no time! Kudos to them on their hard-working effort.

  Our house looks like a new house! We had Window World install siding and new windows in our older two story home. Big project and our utility bills have already dropped. Thank you to Jack for the repeat visits to sell and measure more windows. Overall great experience! Some before and after pictures below.

  Price was lower than all competitors so we were a bit skeptical but installation went very smoothly and they even replaced a trim piece on back window. They showed up early and crew of 3 got to work and I offered lunch but they worked straight thru til they finished then ate some food I prepared. Windows all operate well have some stiffness making sure the sliders are in proper position to lock the system is new and to be expected. As far as install and price and professionalism I definitely recommend Window World also their rep was very professional and polite no hard sell. So they also have a good warranty but now it’s just wait and see on durability. I think we made a great choice so far. Thanks again Regards Todd Ward

  Having just moved to Kansas from Massachusetts we have bought an older home and it needed all windows and its sliding glass door replaced. We called multiple companies and sat through 4 different presentations. We could not believe the difference in price we received by each company for the same work!!! Our last presentation was with window world who sent out Dion Tyler to meet with my wife and I. Tyler’s approach was so different than the other presentations we saw, there was no bashing of other competitors which all 3 prior presentations did endlessly, no failed science experiments and he valued our time. Some other presenters would try and try to get you to sign on the spot with such a big purchase we wanted as much info as we could get prior to committing. Window World and Mr Tyler did none of the above, he was a straight shooter , gave us information we needed and some great suggestions on things we could improve etc. . Mr Tyler was major reasons we decided on Window World, in addition their bid was over 10k lower than any other bid for same work. There was no pressure, no follow up calls the next day when we said we needed time to process information etc. We called Mr Tyler back after about a week and we signed all documents and received 0 % financing for 3 years which none of the competitors offered. Mr Tyler explained the process that it would be 6-12 weeks and a crew would come out and try to do all in one day, which was another huge selling point of not having home in chaos for days. Received a call 3 weeks after saying they had an opening the following Monday. What a great surprise everything would be in before Thanksgiving and winter. The told us a crew of 5 would be out at 10 and will be finished in 5 hours. Knowing how these things go with construction we took it with a grain of salt. On the scheduled day we got a call asking if they could come at 9 instead of 10 etc etc. the arrived and hour early and jumped into the daunting task ahead. We were amazed at how well this crew worked together they weee so efficient and it appeared they were in perfect sync . I spoke to one of the gentlemen paying him a compliment but I wanted to find out how they became so efficient etc. he explained to me that this crew of 5 had been working together as a crew for 10 years together. I thought that by itself was amazing as u rarely see a crew of folks stay together that long in that type of industry. They finished the job in 5 hours and that included meticulous cleanup. These gentlemen were great and so professional. We are so thrilled with the windows and already notice a huge difference in our home with retaining heat etc.. I have to commend Window World’s whole process! The sales and presentation was what hooked us as it informative, straight forward and about what window world had to offer, not once badmouthing any other company etc. The crew and how everything went as planned getting done in 5 hours!! Meticulous cleanup !! Professional!! All of the attributes are what made us want to take this step and praise the whole process from sales to installation went off without any issues. I hope window world values these employees as they represent and are the best sales they could have. We would recommend Window World to anyone out shopping for new window or doors!!!
