- ALAndi LawFeb 6, 20261.0Do NOT Use This Company I’ve dealt with a lot of HVAC Companies in my life, but this has to be the single most miserable, condescending, passive-aggressive experience I’ve ever had with an HVAC company. The owner—let’s call her Karen because the irony is too perfect—is hands-down the most insufferable person I’ve ever had the displeasure of handing money to. (Very money hungry individual) The techs on the other hand were amazing. I really feel bad for the employees that have to be managed by such an individual.
