  Andrew was kind, professional and courteous. He wasnt on no upgrade sales pitch. He showed and explained all plans and gave transparency. He was very detailed and took the time to answer all questions. Even ones he didnt know, he was honest and respectful. Highly recommend Andrew to work on any customers garage. Very satisfied. Andrew Deserves any raises and bonuses.

  I would highly recommend using A1 garage door. The quality of their staff is a reflection of how they do business and it is hard to find, which is great service. I would recommend doing competitive price check before committing to a purchase to get a sense of what the cost really should be. It is always a good idea before a large purchase. Tony Jones from A1 Garage Door Service was very friendly and pleasant to work with. Tony was very knowledgeable, friendly, listened to what we wanted and genuinely concerned with our satisfaction. He helped us find what we wanted. The second "Key Person" that shaped our great experience at A1 Garage was Zack Dunn. Zack was friendly and knowledgeable and helped us find a direction to go with. He helped explore every possible option. Tony and Zack worked together seamlessly to create a great experience.

  On November 3rd, 2025, A1 Garage came out to fix the spring that broke on my garage door. They initially quoted me a lower amount to fix a few things and after I agreed they came back with a much higher amount with all their recommendations. I decided to proceed with all of the additional recommendations even though it felt like they were overcharging me just because I didn't want to have to worry about the garage door working in the winter. But even with all their recommended work being done, the brand new cables they installed snapped on December 13th, 2025. I called their office to a request a refund where I was transferred to their "customer care" department which was difficult to understand and they only gave me the option of having someone come fix it. I had to further ask for a supervisor which would take 5-7 business days which is ridiculous they'll charge you same day $1500 but make it impossible to get a resolution when their work fails. I called the office back and the lady was rude and seemed like I was being unreasonable being unhappy with their options for resolution. I allowed a senior tech to come out on Monday to verify things were indeed broken. I do not trust this company to touch my house ever again. He offered to fix it "just between us" and then I could try to get some money back from the supervisor. I politely declined because that seemed shady to me. I spoke to the supervisor later but he couldn't give me any tangible information on how it would be resolved, basically they would fix it and then we'd figure it out. I just want my money back and I will tell everyone I know about my experience until I'm refunded and I've already run across another friend dealing with their work failing the following year. This business is unethical and others should be warned before proceeding with working with them.

  Brian was a great technician to have come and work on our broken door. He made sure all my concerns were addressed as well as he ensure to be polite as possible and took into consideration we had a sleeping baby - kept noise from the garage area low. Discussed all options available. He also share how great the training is for the organization. They go to Arizona for technical training for an entire month. Discussed how great Tommy the owner is and it is clear this is a well run organization- I will only be utilizing and recommending A1 for any of my garage door needs in the future.

  If you want to be totally ripped off than call A1 Garage Door Service. My tension spring broke and they quoted me 750 to 1400 depending on which quality spring I choose. The 25K cycle, best quality one is 60 more at Lowes or Home depot. Shippys came out the same day and fixed it for 450. I think A1 Garage Door is a franchise that rips people off. It is a 20 minute job tops and 150 for the best springs so they are charging over 1200 for 20 mins labor!!!!
