  We called A1 to repair our garage door springs and track, and were able to get an appointment in a couple of business days. Andrew Halvorsen was the technician who came out and he was fantastic. He was super nice, very knowledge (we asked him a lot of questions), and was transparent in what he was doing. He was also very honest with what we needed fixed/replaced and what didn't. He even installed a keypad we had purchased separately. All of the work was done in about a hour, so Andrew was very efficient. Our garage door now opens and closes so smoothly and so much quieter! Would definitely recommend Andrew and A1!

  Dean was great! He was kind and worked quickly/efficiently. We paid for the $29.99 tune up special. As we were looking for a quote for future garage repairs, we felt the sales gentleman that Dean had on the phone with us, was trying very hard to sell us day of repair service. (creating some awkwardness) Unfortunately, we had to deny several times to postpone our repairs. Other than the “closing of the sale”portion of our experience, we would highly recommend Dean! He was awesome!! Request him for your future service provider!!

  I would highly recommend using A1 garage door. The quality of their staff is a reflection of how they do business and it is hard to find, which is great service. I would recommend doing competitive price check before committing to a purchase to get a sense of what the cost really should be. It is always a good idea before a large purchase. Tony Jones from A1 Garage Door Service was very friendly and pleasant to work with. Tony was very knowledgeable, friendly, listened to what we wanted and genuinely concerned with our satisfaction. He helped us find what we wanted. The second "Key Person" that shaped our great experience at A1 Garage was Zack Dunn. Zack was friendly and knowledgeable and helped us find a direction to go with. He helped explore every possible option. Tony and Zack worked together seamlessly to create a great experience. 1-30-26 my new doors and openers were installed. Bryan Linehan was the installer from A1. Brian did a good job installing as well as support to program the unit, both cars and My Q account. Excellent installer! 2-3-26 found issue with one of the two doors not sealing. I didn't notice it after install was complete as it was too dark. On Monday 2-2-26 I could sunlight coming through the bottom of one of the doors. They dispatched a repair person the following day. The repair person Cameron arrived and started looking at the door in question. He mentioned several possibilities, one of which was unlevel concrete, which I rejected this idea as I never had this issue with the old doors that was there 22 years. Cameron surprised me with a loud defensive attitude so left him to figure out the problem and fix it. Cameron did resolve the issue with placing thicker rubber on the bottom door and problem solved. He might need to cut back on the caffeine.

  On November 3rd, 2025, A1 Garage came out to fix the spring that broke on my garage door. They initially quoted me a lower amount to fix a few things and after I agreed they came back with a much higher amount with all their recommendations. I decided to proceed with all of the additional recommendations even though it felt like they were overcharging me just because I didn't want to have to worry about the garage door working in the winter. But even with all their recommended work being done, the brand new cables they installed snapped on December 13th, 2025. I called their office to a request a refund where I was transferred to their "customer care" department which was difficult to understand and they only gave me the option of having someone come fix it. I had to further ask for a supervisor which would take 5-7 business days which is ridiculous they'll charge you same day $1500 but make it impossible to get a resolution when their work fails. I called the office back and the lady was rude and seemed like I was being unreasonable being unhappy with their options for resolution. I allowed a senior tech to come out on Monday to verify things were indeed broken. I do not trust this company to touch my house ever again. He offered to fix it "just between us" and then I could try to get some money back from the supervisor. I politely declined because that seemed shady to me. I spoke to the supervisor later but he couldn't give me any tangible information on how it would be resolved, basically they would fix it and then we'd figure it out. I just want my money back and I will tell everyone I know about my experience until I'm refunded and I've already run across another friend dealing with their work failing the following year. This business is unethical and others should be warned before proceeding with working with them.
