Ricky and his crew were very professional,friendly,on time and did everything they said they would. Paige (in the office) was very professional and helpful too. Highly recommend this company! AFTER the insulation was installed the damaged my ELECTRICAL and I had to call an Electrician because I HAD no POWER to half of my house for 3 days. the Electrician came out and said A 1 insulation was at fault. A 1 Insulation agreed to pay but I am still waiting to get reimbursed after they said they would pay.. I would NOT use this company for anything. NOW I have to SUE to get my money back.. I AM PIssed !! after numerous emails and phone calls I am still getting the run a round. HW
- ICIan CDec 22, 20255.0I had two teams come out, one to remove old insulation and clean up the attic, and a second to add new insulation. Jesus, Keith and Edwin arrived in time and did a great job cleaning out the attic. They had before/after pictures, made sure everything stayed clean, and were pleasent and professional. Alex, Keith and Antonio did a great job adding insulation. They were quick, professional, and had before/after pictures. Also did a great job finding other potential issues I needed to fix.
