Daniel Craig drove to my home near KC, MO from Iowa to do a foundation inspection. He met with me, I shared my concerns (new interior cracks, upstairs and downstairs, doors that won’t shut, exterior cracks, dropping front porch). Daniel was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done to fix the problems. We definitely plan on using Acculevel to repair our home.

Dan with Acculevel was very helpful and took his time looking and listening to the concerns of my house settling with a failing support wall in the crawlspace. We talked through a plan to correct the sagging floors and areas to try and remediate any water that could infiltrate the crawlspace including an encapsulation of the crawlspace under the laundry area. I look forward to seeing the work started and completed.

Frequently Asked Questions About Acculevel

How do I know if my basement needs waterproofing in [address.city]]?

Look for signs like water intrusion, leaks, dampness, musty odors, efflorescence (white powdery residue on walls), mold/mildew growth, or high humidity. Untreated water issues can weaken your home's structure, cause health concerns, and lead to costly damage. A free inspection can confirm if waterproofing is needed.

What are the signs of crawl space problems?

Typical signs include sagging or uneven floors, musty odors, visible mold/mildew, high humidity, pest activity, poor air quality, or gaps between walls and floors. Moisture in the crawl space can lead to wood rot, mold growth, and foundation issues—addressing it early prevents bigger problems.
