- RLRycherd LottJul 25, 20232.0Never the one to leave reviews but I felt this was necessary. I didn’t want to leave 1 star because initially they seemed like a great company. I had a reservation for a golf cart for two weeks, which I was spending close to $2k for. This location doesn’t typically rent out golf carts so they were doing me a favor by outsourcing which was very much appreciated. When I called to confirm my reservation they let me know that I “cancelled the reservation” which caught me off guard because I desperately needed that rental & which means i wouldnt cancel. Long story short my name was spelled incorrectly on their contact information so the email went to someone else not me & that person denied the reservation. This is 100% completely understandable since the spelling of my name is not typical. My real issue is that after explaining the situation to the receptionist she was not helpful at all. Very rude to be honest. Instead of trying to come up with a solution on a new rental her response is “I can’t make a golf cart appear out of thin air” very insensitive comment to make after i just recently told her how bad i needed this rental. I just feel that since the mishap wasn’t my fault the company should’ve been more sympathetic & tried to accommodate me another way. I get accidents happen, but how you recover is how you retain customers.
