  Jordan was incredible to work with! Efficient, knowledgeable, personable, and a pleasure to have a conversation with! I have lost count of the number of projects that I have had Eck Services do for me, but more than 10...and I am consistently impressed with the fact that every time they show up it is a local person from our community being employed. Bravo!

  Electrical work, Electrical Installation and HVAC venting Jordan Spaulding was the technician that did the work needed in our home in October 2025. We had several issues that he banged out in one time slot. First was the venting of our dryer. It was set up to vent under our laundry room sink, out to the garage. This caused problems with lint in the garage, right near our fuse box, so we asked him if he could drill through the brick directly behind the dryer, to outside. He was knowledgeable and careful with the drilling so he didn't damage the brick and got it done. It's wonderful! Next, we needed an extra electrical outlet installed in the laundry room for our extra refrigerator. He identified an availabe spot in the fuse box that could be used, crawled up into the attic access and ran a new electrical line between the walls to install the new outlet. The fridge is powered correctly now so we aren't trying to run an extention cord, which is not good for refrigerators with the unsteady current produced through an extension cord. Next he also cut out a spot for a new plug-in for our front porch so we can have power to the front yard for holiday decorations, etc. Previously we were running all kinds of extention cords through windows or around from the garage. The convenience of having a power source there has been amazing! It wasn't an easy job, as our siding is made from concrete, but he was very careful and did not crack it while making the hole for the new electrical box. Finally, he did electrical work for our cook top. I had switched from a glass electric cook top, to a gas cook top but the ignition part of the cook top couldn't be plugged in and used because the power box for it was not the right volts. He switched out the power box to the proper volt and we can now start the gas cook top without using a lighter to get it going. He was super professional and efficient. Eck has a great employee with him. We appreciate his efforts to get our house up and running with our needs met in one appointment. Jordan, I apologize for the lateness of this review. You deserve better, but for some reason my son's google account was tied to mine and we couldn't get it separated for the longest! It's finally fixed, so you won't be getting a review from a 14 year old. Take care!
