- AAasilearned (Asilearned)5 days ago3.0The Saturday before Easter, my basement completely backed up due to a clog in my sewage line. Dalton was very kind and seemed like a hard worker. He managed to fix the clog in about 30 minutes, which I appreciated. However, he was unable to identify the direction my line runs, which was one of the main reasons I called them in the first place. While I could have tackled the job myself with my 100 foot snake, I really needed them to locate the line. I ended up paying the better half of thousand dollars and still didn’t get that done. To be clear, I’m not sure it was Dalton’s fault, but when I scheduled the appointment, I explicitly mentioned what I needed. At the end of the service, Dalton informed me that he couldn’t help with that. If I had known this when I called to schedule, I would have saved him the trip.
