- MBMatt Dunn (Dough Boy)Dec 17, 20255.0I was paired up with Williams through an energy audit provider for Evergy. On the morning of my insulation, Williams called me to confirm timing. I attempted to confirm the services being provided when they informed me the intermediary changed the services so they could do half (kneewall overlay) and Williams would do the blown in part. This didn't make sense to me as once you blow in the new insulation you don't want to disturb it. In the end Williams went above and beyond making sure I was taken care of and even recommending additional areas that could use more insulation that were not on the audit report. I would highly recommend Williams for your insulation needs.

While Andy seemed reasonable during the bid, the workers who showed up had no idea of the scope of work and were entirely negligent during the process. They left a massive mess, drove their large truck through the yard (leaving deep ruts that are irreparable), left noticeable scrapes on the sidewalk to our front door, and sprayed foam all over our basement belongings. Andy offered no remorse or remedy, and told me he'd have to charge me $220 to return to clean up the mess his workers left. TERRIBLE service and regrettable decision to use them in my residence.

- MBMichael BOct 30, 20151.0Worst ever experience when hired for new construction. Williams didn't use a single tube of caulk on their "caulk and foam" package. The quality of the foam job was horrendous, with gaps left around windows, doors, top/bottom plates. An office representative came to the house as I requested, which he could offer no plausible excuse for quality of job. I have pictures to substantiate the job. Email me if interested.
