I have had four correspondence since where I have asked specific questions and was just sent to generic links to their YouTube page and their website. When I called into the office to speak to Rita who is a wonderful person over the phone. I was just told this was unlike him and he would get back with me. That was six days ago we have decided to move on with another company.
