They have never called me back despite selecting materials and coming out to measure. I have gone with another flooring company because of lack of communication of effort at all on their part to secure my business.

- RTReal TileJan 6, 20183.0I like to buy materials from this shop. I've been a high end custom tile-setter for 35 years, most of it out of Santa Barbara. I've worked from Beverly Hills to Randolph Hearst's private property. I know what a good tile shop should be like, and this is a nice shop with a very good selection of materials. The women who work there are well informed and quite helpful. Sometimes I find the prices a bit high, but we are in Kansas and shipping is an understandable factor.
