  We needed a quick garage repair as we wouldn’t have access to our second vehicle without it. Lisa was compassionate over the phone. I deeply appreciated Garage Pro KC’s willingness to rearrange their schedule to fit us in with such short notice. Blake was prompt with his arrival. He took a look, quoted me an affordable price and was honest about the possibility of it costing more if other issues were found. He got right to work and he was straightforward about the additional need repairs. I was most impressed with the price honesty and clear explanations for the “why” behind the needed repairs. The repairs didn’t take very long and, afterwards, he shares helpful info about the timeline for updating/maintaining other parts of our garage. Anyone would be lucky to have Garage Pro KC’s services. I will look into using them again in the future when needed. A huge thank you to Blake for his understanding, patience, and skill.

  Rory was great at explaining our options for our garage door repair and helping figure out the best one us. He was knowledgable and efficient and had our door up and running in a reasonable time. I would recommend Garage Pros KC and will make sure to ask for Rory if we have any future needs.

  Blake arrived on time, looked at our problem and gave me options to correct it. He fixed our door perfectly and recommended some maintenance we may need in the future. We will keep the number for any future garage door needs and definitely would recommend him to anyone needing garage door maintenance, repair , or replacement

  Rory was great ... my garage door was sticking & I had at least 1 broken hinge. He walked me thru all of my options - things no one had ever discussed or explained. I chose 1 of the options gave me and on trying everything, I am very satisfied !!! In addition, I had a problem with an attachment & he solved the problem ASAP. I have put his COMPLETE contact info & he is First on my call list for GARAGEPROS type of services.

Right away, he diagnosed the issue with my garage door and belt system, clearly explaining what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. What I appreciated most was his honesty—he presented multiple repair options without any pressure or upselling. Instead of pushing for a full replacement, he focused on what actually needed to be fixed. He took the time to walk me through how everything works, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. After completing the repair, he also adjusted the lift and belt system, and the difference is amazing. My garage door is now running smoothly and quietly—like it’s brand new again.
