  We love Garage Pros! The moment I could not open our garage door to get to work, I panicked. I called Garage Pros and within a few seconds we were on the schedule for same day service. I received text and email notifications with updates on our tech and a text with his photo when he was available to head our way. Rory did an excellent job of explaining wha our issue was, giving us options to choose which solution would be best for us and there was ZERO sales pitches to upgrade or sell us things. He was so kind, efficient, knowledgeable and had excellent communication. I HIGHLY recommend this company and Rory!

  Definitely a great company and as long as I have a garage door this will be the place I use! The people are friendly and knowledgeable and I was able to get an appointment quickly!! The technician throughly examined my door and gave me three opinions! He wasn't pushy like a salesman but explained why I should make a decision quickly based on the facts. This was a great experience even though it was a tough situation as a homeowner.

  I would definitely recommend Garage Pros KC for garage door services to anyone who asks, and will specifically ask for Cory if I ever need garage door services again in the future. My heart sank when the spring on my garage door opener snapped just after moving my car into the garage. Garage Pros KC was my first call, and was very prompt in sending a technician to my home. Cory was very polite and professional. He replaced the broken springs and wearing cables, and went above and beyond to make some additional adjustments that will help maintain the life of my garage door. He even corrected a wiring issue that was causing the sensor on my second bay garage door to malfunction and hauled away old rails that had been left in my garage by the previous installer as a courtesy. He definitely earned a five star rating.

  Can’t recommend these guys enough! Our garage door broke in the evening, and Rory was able to be out the next day. He was super personable, answered all my questions and gave us our options as far as repairing vs replacing. We gathered a few quotes but how these guys do business is what sold us on them! We ended up deciding to do a full replacement and they had the availability to come out the next day to install. Philip was our installer and he was knowledgeable and efficient! Thank you Rory and Philip for making an unexpected home repair easy for us!!

  Brandon did an amazing job helping us out with our garage door. He was super quick replacing the broke spring, getting the door adjusted and back in working order. Brandon provided good notice of arrival time. He explained everything he was doing, the cost, and options based upon the age of our doors. We had a great discussion on our situation, goals for the garage, and provided some excellent recommendations. He was very professional in his work and left the garage door area clean and working smooth. We really appreciate such good craftsmanship. We highly recommend Brandon!
