- JBJoanel Bell3 days ago3.0Tune up and lubrication with replaced springs, pulleys and hooks. Rory was really nice, friendly and very informative. I was very happy with his demeanor and efficiency of his work. However, within 15 minutes after him leaving, I raised the door and it would not stay down- kept going back up. My husband called the company and they gave him an appointment for the next day. That was not acceptable by me as I didn’t want the door up all night. I called back very frustrated and Tray said he would have someone call me back “ASAP”, as it was now 5:10 and closed. I asked him if someone could walk me through how to close it. No one called me back that evening or the next morning. Rory did come out the next day at 12:00 (the new appointment time) and fixed the issue. So I feel the work was good but customer service could have been better.

He offered to come by to help get me out of the garage for now, so that I could get to work, thinking I'd need further evaluation and service at a later date. Instead, he showed up within 30 minutes to rescue me, solved the minor issue, opened the door, and canceled my service for tomorrow, as I wouldn't require it! He did so without charging me! This company will be my first call if it acts up again! I was so grateful for his kindness. Excellent, caring service is what to expect-- and Greg delivered! Thank you, Garage Pros!

Quoted a new cable being 400 more when they cost $10 and don’t require much more labor once you’re already in there to replace the spring. They tried to drop the 1800 price down to 1400, so clearly their prices aren’t based on parts and labor, but just trying to squeeze every penny they can out of unsuspecting people. Everyone else quoting at 600 for entire job. This was a rip off I’m glad I avoided. I’ll never call them again.

Super knowledgeable, very friendly, and helped me feel informed and comfortable with the repairs he was suggesting. *Updated 12/16/25* Went with GaragePros for my new garage door. Gabe I. showed up on time and worked diligently to remove my 60+ year old garage door and replace with the new door I had ordered. Was very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and made sure that I understood the new system and how to maintain it. Great experience all around with this company, and glad I went with them!
