- DLDebbie LavisseDec 17, 20201.0I went to Wall To Wall over a month ago in search of carpet for approximately 900 sq ft of floor. I spoke to a man the first visit, he took my information and said someone would be calling me to measure and that the process was pretty quick once the measurements were taken. I returned a few days later and spoke to a woman filling in for someone, and asked her when she thought they could get someone out to measure, she said she’d do some calling and get back to me. The carpet I liked was in stock, but never received a call or anyone to come measure. Thankfully, a company out of Salina cared about their customer and sent a rep out promptly to measure and my new carpet is being installed today- 2 weeks from the first time I walked through their door.
