  In the process of selling my house. Had LVP Put in bathroom and found we had cracks on toilet rings so we couldn’t install the toilets until it was fixed. I called Sooter for a second opinion and Skyler came right over. Fixed the same day and half the price of first choice. Great to work with and will do again when needed. Awesome. Thank you!!!

  Had them come snake out my system. Clog came back the next day, they refused to come check it out or re snake. Called them out again to run a camera, (which they originally quoted at $190. When i called them back they wanted to charge $280 until i provided text proof of the original quoted price.) they found a clog, still wanted to charge another $400 to snake it. Called another company out to snake and now the system works perfectly. Klayton the tech that came out, was great and went above and behind with explaining the situation. However the office people can be hard to deal with. If they quote you a price get it in writing/text/email as it may change when you call a week later. 2 stars because klayton was great. Otherwise id give it 1 star..

  This company was very easy to work with and incredibly prompt! Jayden was friendly and professional, and extremely helpful. He was even able to look in my utility room and will provide a quote for a water softener, even though that’s not why I called. He was very thorough and explained things in a way I could understand. I’m extremely pleased with the service provided and will absolutely work with them again.

  Had an elbow joint burst. When I called, the team was friendly and quick to respond. Repair was completed in about an hour. I felt that the price was very high for the time spent. Requested the invoice, never received, only ever asked for reviews. I will look elsewhere next time.
