  They were out in 3 hours & fixed our clogged pipes! The technician was super friendly & very polite. He cleaned up after himself better than expected. Highly recommend.

  He showed up observed the leak in the drain reorted to american home shield that i needed to replace a strain they said this was not covered, i believe if he had just reffered to it as a leaking drain it would have been a covered repair

  Came out because I had a complete block in my sewage somewhere. The did a quick snake from my clean out towards the house and broke some loose and everything appeared to be working fine. They didn’t scope or check anything else out. Later that day it’s got a complete block again, now after hours. I call the emergency line and they sent someone out, who lives an hour away, and he came and scoped the line out, found a large root ball, and got it cleaned out the best he could. Also scoped from the clean out to the street to look for more problems which there wasn’t. Also, they didn’t scope not charge me extra since they didn’t catch it the first time. Overall happy with the service and will use them again.

  Called them out for a quote and was able to receive an estimate for free! Was very pleased about that. The gentleman who came out, whom I believe to be the owner of the company if not one of the owners was very friendly and very helpful. His customer service was impeccable. Not everyone wants to talk with their service members about their family etc but I liked how we were able to talk about our families and he liked our snake and even was friendly with ny daughter when she tried handing him her puppy stuffed animal. I really enjoy when someone comes out and isn’t just there working without saying word to you. He was very professional with a personal touch! Which is much better than an in and out not say a word to you kind of experience in my book!

  After being pretty much put off by another Steven's family owned plumbing company I called Sooter. I received same day service and repair. Skylar showed up on time, listened to what issues I was having, and went to work. Within an hour or so I had running water that was draining correctly. Something we take for granted until there's a problem. Skylar and his crew repaired the broken pipes and fittings and moved on to their next job. Not only do they do top notch work they are very professional and respectful. Sooter has not only gained my personal business, but will also be added to my contacts for our plumbing needs at work.
