Ekkert til sem heitir þjónusta. Ítrekað þarf að bíða í 10+ daga eftir að netpantanir eru sendar og ef maður mætir í búðina finnst varla starfsmaður. Og svo er ekki hægt að ná í þau í síma heldur.

Nice big warehouse and the staff are willing to help, but the organization is lacking, which is very important in a store of this size. Especially considering this is their only store in Iceland, it leaves a poor impression. The website also doesn’t match the actual in-store experience. There is often trash and pallets lying around whenever I visit. I give it a two star only because they have great deals and some good products otherwise 1 star
