One day without water was long enough and they had me back in business in no time. Knowledgeable, nice, and thorough! Wouldn't hesitate to use them again or refer them to family and friends. The owner should be proud of their employees, they are quite an asset to the company and really showed excellent customer service!

We have been fighting some staining in our bathrooms and skin sensitivity that seemed to flare up for my daughter. They are the first people to come out and take our concerns seriously even after a water test of our well showed no iron and very few other trace minerals. The result seems to be a dead water softener the silica was breaking down in and causing extra issues for dry skin and the orange staining. We have been extremely pleased with the water quality since their visit and will do business with C&J again should we have needs in the future!

The main office contact was very responsive initiating the scope of work and estimate of moving our constant pressure well system from our garage into our main house, as we used C&J for the initial well drilling. After agreeing on the invoice, the two team members that came out were very friendly, respectful, and efficient at their roles. The final invoice was exactly what was expected and the work was completed within the expected timeframe. Would definitely recommend. Thank you C&J.
