Very polite and professional gentleman did the job quickly; after price compare came in the mid range with a flat rate so I had no stress. Replaced a sewer system pump. Master plumber 👍🏼

We had an excellent experience with Zoom Drain in Westfield, Indiana, and especially with Nate, who worked on unclogging our kitchen drain. This was not an easy clog, but Nate would not give up until he got through it completely. His persistence, skill, and professionalism truly stood out.
Beyond the technical work, Nate was exceptionally courteous, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what he was doing, treated our home with respect, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely manageable.
It’s rare to find service like this anymore. If you need drain work done and want someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right, I highly recommend Zoom Drain Westfield and ask for Nate. Outstanding service from start to finish.

We were a referral from Isley Plumbing. Had a clogged garage floor drain. Jacob was very affable and well spoken. Drain got opened by a combination of hot water and plunging. He tried to use his smallest drain snake auger with my consent, knowing that there would be an upcharge. It had no discernible effect, other than the auger head broke off and never navigated through the trap. It was clogged when he arrived, and flowing when he left so I’m good with it, though there was no proprietary process or equipment involved. .

The gentleman who came out was very kind and able to unclog our pipes after pulling the toilet in 10 minutes or less. I had a call into another company but they didn't get back to me in time, so we decided to go ahead with Zoom. It was a Saturday so they took advantage of that for sure. Less than 30 minutes after Zoom unclogged the toilet/pipes, the other company called. Zoom charged us 800.00 and only 250.00 if we had used the other one. So, even though they came quickly and were very kind, I personally will not use this company again because of the exorbitant amount they charged.

Could not have been more pleased with the service we received today from Nate and Cody. They arrived the same day we called for service on a clogged sink, and quickly diagnosed and solved our problem. We are new to Carmel and would definitely use Zoom again. They also gave us some great local BBQ restaurant recommendations!
