Drain got opened by a combination of hot water and plunging. He tried to use his smallest drain snake auger with my consent, knowing that there would be an upcharge. It had no discernible effect, other than the auger head broke off and never navigated through the trap. It was clogged when he arrived, and flowing when he left so I’m good with it, though there was no proprietary process or equipment involved. .

I had a call into another company but they didn't get back to me in time, so we decided to go ahead with Zoom. It was a Saturday so they took advantage of that for sure. Less than 30 minutes after Zoom unclogged the toilet/pipes, the other company called. Zoom charged us 800.00 and only 250.00 if we had used the other one. So, even though they came quickly and were very kind, I personally will not use this company again because of the exorbitant amount they charged.
