Went the extra step to take an old water heater element out so I could see if there was any build up on it before they took it all away (the tank was only 3 years old when it failed & I wanted to see for my own knowledge, it had nothing to do with the replacement, but they did it for me anyway). With it still being a fairly new tank, they handled the tank warranty side of things for us.
