They worked very hard and efficiently and answered all of my random questions. It was also refreshing to have them offer to show me how to flush the tank rather than trying to get me to sign up for a $300 yearly subscription like the other local companies. The pricing was also less than other companies for the same product. Their honesty and real answers were refreshing and very appreciated! Highly recommend!
- PLPaul Lacy4 days ago5.0Absolutely great service from Jeremy, replaced our water softener that had gone bad and installed a whole home shutoff valve and fixed an issue which no one else had identified that had our softener originally connected incorrectly and was sending softened (salt) water to our kitchen sink and outdoor faucets, which is probably one of the reasons flowers never survived very long! Great job!

In addition they fixed a leaking pipe which was discovered shortly before they arrived to consult/replace my primary sump pump. They were very friendly and seemed to take great pride in their workmanship. I would definitely use Isley Plumbing again and request Jeremy and Caleb to do the work. The company and technicians lived up to and exceeded the Google ratings/reviews.

Dealing with LE Isley is a refreshing change from a different company we’ve used in the past, who have started to become more like sales people rather than service professionals. So we were especially pleased that we felt like we were working with a competent plumbing professional, NOT a salesman! Andy was great! We will work with Isley again in the future.
- SPSam PriceDec 24, 20251.01st Appointment was set for 10am-2pm. Got a txt/call saying “we are on our way to your house” so I went to meet them there. They cancelled the appointment without telling me bc I didn’t answer the phone even though they said in the vm to meet them at the house. The next appt was 12-4pm. They blew up my phone from 10am-12:00pm while I was in an important work meeting cursing me out for not being available early.. I was ready by 12:40 for my 12-4 window… they were supposed to call when they are ready to see if I was. If not move to the next guy and add me to the end of the list to try again later.. like every other service. These other reviews are fake, this business sucks
