  Had a wood floor installed in my kitchen and my foyer refinished last year. The price was right and the installers did a good job. About a month after the installation bubbles appeared in the finish. Took some time to get them to look at it but they did come out and refinish the part with bubbles. Approximately a year later bubbles appeared again in about 5 places. Took several phone calls over months to get Adam to call about it. He had seen the problem the year before. He then proceeded to play the blame game saying I must have put something on the finish to cause the bubbles. I do not miss them enough to mess up my finish to have them come back. He finally said someone would be in touch and come look at the problem. That was on October 8th almost 2 months ago. They may have good prices and do good work, but if they do something wrong don't expect any help fixing it.

  We had our floors done by Full Circle Flooring in August of 2021. Within 6 months, pieces started to lift and bend at almost every seam across our house. We were originally charged 14k. It took months before anyone responded or came to look at the damage. They offered to replace the flooring without us asking because they could see it was installed incorrectly. Mind you, my husband used the exact same flooring (we bought extra from them at the time of the initial flooring) to replace our bedroom, did it himself, and we have had zero issues with that in 4 years. So, almost a full 2 years since the flooring was installed, they reinstalled it. With 2 small kids, staying out of the house for a full day is a feat in and of itself. Then we discovered that they laid down very thin cement to even out places on the floor, which leaked through a joist and splattered cement on baskets full of our kids' toys in the basement. I am still finding it to this day. Then, when they reinstalled the toilet, they did that incorrectly or used the old wax ring instead of replacing it. We had sewage water leaking into our crawlspace for days. Which we would not have discovered, and only did, because my husband needed something we stored in the crawlspace. We cleaned that up ourselves, leaving the toilet off our only bathroom downstairs for days to treat for the mold that started growing, and they came to correctly reinstall the toilet. And I wrote this all off as "things happen." Well, what happens only a few months later? Pieces lifting AGAIN, seams bending. The same issue, only worse, now we have pieces becoming completely chipped. We reached out last year, and they sent someone to inspect it and take pictures. Then, they sent a claims person from the company that made the planks to take photos in the fall/winter. We have received no updates since then, and no communication for the last year. I can not keep trying to get someone to communicate with me over this. It has led me to this point to leave a negative review, but I can not believe there are such shining reviews of this place, and we have had such a disaster of an experience.

  Madison and Full Circle have been amazing with installation and support. We are renovating an existing house, and appreciate their professionalism and guidance from start to finish. We will be using them again for future room Reno’s.

  We are very pleased with the work Full Circle did for us. They removed a very old carpet that was in place when we purchased the home. After removing the carpet and padding they alerted us that they had found a strange piece of material adhered to the floor. Rather than simply laying our new flooring on top and moving on, they showed us the issue and brought in a special piece of equipment to remove the extra material, thus providing a better surface to install our floor on, and leaving us with a much healthier environment. This extra work took much more time, yet, the crew worked so hard and they were able finish our flooring in one day. Our new flooring looks fantastic. We really appreciate Full Circle, from our sales associate to our crew, everything was done very professionally. We highly recommend Full Circle Flooring.
