  Justin lane did a great job installing our furnace. We were without heat during the foldest week of the year and he stayed till it was done and we were warm! Bluefox is a no brainer choice for our family.

  Blue Fox was very quick on getting here after hours. Technician was pleasant, very informative and explained things in a manner I could understand. Will be coming back on Monday to finish work that needs to be done.

  I called Blue Fox, sometime in Jan because my furnace stopped working. The very same morning I was greeted by a local technician of theirs by the name of Justin Lane. My first thought was "this guy looks too young, why couldn't they send someone more experienced?" Gladly, I couldn't have been more wrong. In probably 15-20 minutes, this young man troubleshooted the flashing lights that I couldn't make sense of, investigated the unit and informed me of the problem. Rust had eaten away at the tubes of my heat exchanger making it unsafe to use. He was back the next day to repair the unit. It has ran right ever since. Thank you for being respectful and professional, I would recommend this service to all my friends and family.

  I work at the mall and had them come in and fix our bathroom. BIG shoutout to Kyle Wiott and Kayden Best for taking care of the problem AND left it super clean in our bathroom! Both gentlemen were nothing but respectful and kind! you need the job done, count on these two gentlemen here for the company !!

  Bluefox did a new HVAC unit replacement. Arlee and Dave and team did an excellent job with the installation. They made sure all of my concerns on how we wanted it were addressed and also walked me through the details. They even fixed the issues we were have because of the old installation that came with the original construction of the house. They worked through the coldest days and snowstorm to get our heating back up. Broc our sale rep was excellent he made sure communication was prompt and even responded over the weekend. It’s only been a few days so I can’t comment on how durable things will be, but as of now we are extremely satisfied customers. And certainly feel confident in recommending this team to anyone.
