  Awful experience with Gibsons. They did a preventive maintenance on my furnace which only led to multiple components failing on my furnace. Not to mention they didn’t properly put the wires inside my furnace which caused them to melt on the inducer. Now my house smells like burning plastic. I tried to have Gibsons come back and fix the issues but they were going to charge me to fix what they broke. I had masters come and fix everything. Go with masters instead. The after hours 3rd party service is a joke. Masters after hours I talked to a real employee of masters. Gibsons I got the classic call center run around. Then the after hours tech didn’t care when we called him back and seemed happy we decided to go with someone else so he didn’t have to come. They don’t stand behind anything like the reply says. They put the blame on me the customer when all I wanted is my furnace to work after paying nearly $1,000. Masters fixed everything for half the cost.

  Had to have a new HVAC system installed (1/19/26) before major winter storm. Corey McCoy and Reuben Hernandez came prepared to install new system quickly & efficiently. Nice guys, courteous & mannerly. Very happy with their work & would highly recommend Gibson Heating & Air. System is working great!

  Placed an after hours service call because we came home to our furnace not working. Customer service was very friendly, and professional! Within an hour, Jason had arrived and got our furnace back up and running! He was very professional, friendly, and provided us with excellent service! He was a pleasure to work with! Thanks for all of your help! Highly recommend!

  Jason at Gibson’s saved us from freezing while under a level 3. Would’ve gone through a deep freeze in the house if it weren’t for Gibson’s emergency assistance (Jason) Truely thankful and appreciative for them! Lifetime return customer here no doubt, god bless!

  They want to take advantage of your misfortune by charging you fees just to tell you if they finance or not. I called outside of normal business hours. Our furnace went out so it was an emergency. I was told by the man who answered, I think he said his name was Tanner but he mumbled through everything, that if we were having an emergency we needed to pay them a normal fee + emergency fee to have someone come out to answer any questions. He was very rude and annoyed from the moment he answered the phone. I just wanted to know if you guys financed or not. Your company just lost an immediate sale on a new furnace and ac if you do 👎 I would have happily paid the emergency fee to see someone immediately if I just knew whether you financed or not.
