Flash forward to a few weeks ago when I suddenly lost water pressure. Paul's Well Service was out the same day and tried several things to fix it before ultimately giving me the hard news. We went with a whole new install (well, tank, constant pressure system). While no homeowner wants the expense and hassle of a new well, Paul's customer service made it easier. Clear communication (love the texting!), super professional, and flexible. Especially appreciated the quick turnaround time. Definitely recommend to anyone with well needs.
