  I recently hired Heinz to repair my ductwork. While my house is now heating properly again, and the final result is positive, I experienced a few communication and service-related issues along the way. I initially called on a Thursday, and a tech came out to diagnose the issue. I was told they might be able to fix it the following day, which was fine. I understood that if they couldn't make it, they'd call to confirm on Thursday afternoon. However, I never received a call and had to follow up myself the next day. The woman on the phone initially acted like coming Friday would be no problem and would call back to confirm within a couple of hours, but I never got a second call and had to follow up again. She then said they'd have to come Monday. This wasn't a huge deal, but it was annoying to have to keep following up and not really being kept in the loop. The initial repair tech mentioned including condenser servicing in the final price to add value. I wasn't even seeking complimentary services, but this wasn't provided. Since it wasn't in writing, it's ultimately on me for not confirming, and I may have misunderstood, but it seemed odd to mention if it couldn't be done. The price seemed a little high, but I'm not sure what the standard rate is for this type of repair, as I've never had it done before. Overall, the HVAC works again, so the job was done well, and I would recommend them to others. Just be aware of the potential for needing to follow up and confirm all services upfront to avoid any misunderstandings.

  The Heinz personal (HAVC & Plumber) were very professional and way to work with. They arrived on time, completed all work in a timely manner and removed all debris. They removed and installed a crew kitchen faucet, and most importantly flushed out the water lines removing all the rust and metal fillings until the water ran clear! Job well done!

  Had no water in the morning. Called at 8:30 they were at the house by 11:30am. Pressure switch replaced and had water by 12:30 pm. The repairmen were very knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend this company.

  I can’t say enough good things about Heinz HVAC & Plumbing. From the moment I called, the team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about getting the job done right. The technician showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary — just honest, straightforward service. You can tell they take pride in their work. Everything was clean, efficient, and done with attention to detail. It’s hard to find companies these days that truly value integrity and customer relationships, but Heinz definitely does.   Fast service, very friendly and helpful people. Needed a valve to stop a water leak. I will definitely call them again if I need them thank you so much.
