They completed it in 1 day! Absolutely amazing. They cleaned up after and made sure everything was perfect. I cannot recommend Window World enough. From the start of getting a quote to the finished product. Highly highly recommend.

- PDPaul DehnartDec 17, 20241.0I would like to comment on my experience so far. The initial consultation was good, but needed to have a few things cleared up by the owner. I made an appointment with (Bill) the owner and got all the questions clearly answered. We asked about installation dates and were informed that December would most likely be the install time. I called on 12/13/24 and was informed that the install would be around the end of February or March. The person I talked to on the phone said they would put the file on top and let (Bill) the owner know. I have yet to hear from them. If I would have known that it would be almost 6 months to have my windows replaced, I probably would have second guessed my order/purchase at the time. I was looking forward to having my windows in December as was stated. Now it's too late for me to do a proper winter covering for my current windows. This is very disappointing as a customer that put 1/2 down on my order. I am now re-considering using Window World as an installer and canceling due to not getting answers in a timely fashion.
- IMIan McDonaldMar 13, 20235.0I have had my window world window for a few years now. I don't know why I was suddenly prompted to write a review, but here it goes. The sales guy was excellent, I replaced one, large not designed to open window with 2 windows in one assembly. I get direct sun in it all day. I got the triple pane, low e, foam filled case with the full screen. I love this window!!!! My house had Pella replacement windows in it before I bought it, except for this window. The Pella windows are truly terrible, don't close smoothly, 2 balance boxes have broken cables. I used to plastic this window, and the plastic would blow like a sail in the wind. Not anymore. They also installed new flashing and caulked it. It's a few years old, just forgive my internet box and my uneven blinds in the picture.

Window World installs replacement windows year-round. An average installation will take only one day. Our crews install one window at a time and are trained to do what they can to minimize heating/cooling loss. The energy savings from your new windows will recover any incremental energy costs incurred during their installation many times over during their lifetime.
How can I prepare my house for my replacement windows?
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
