He took pictures of some of the issues he saw with the furnace, he explained to me what he saw and the terminology of the words he used, because I didn't understand certain words that used with this profession. He took his time answering my questions. I didn't feel rushed. I didn't feel like he was a sales person, trying to sale me a new furnace without giving me the options to fix the one I had. Overall experience with Robert was excellent. His expertise in his field made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I felt like I could trust this company to work with me on my furnace needs. After some time checking several of the wires found out I needed a new motherboard and maybe a different thermostat unable to give an evaluation right now because Robert has to come back to install it then I can give a fair review ofJL. But the time that Robert was here, I’d have to say Robert was very professional polite and explained everything and make sure he checked everything out before he made a recommendation.
