    Aron thoroughly checked out the HVAC system, which had a problem with water accumulating underneath the furnace. He made sure that everything was working properly. There was no charge for the service, probably because the system was installed less than a year ago. I appreciated that.

    He was very informative and gave me suggestions to try and go back to the company and try to get a refund, because l shouldn't of had this problem with the toilet that was only a year old.

    Our techs were so nice, polite & efficient. They quickly diagnosed that our leak in the basement was caused by an appliance a repairman from another company had recently fixed. They suggested we contact that company as they should cover the cost for us. They could have gotten more money out of us but did not. Integrity is hard to come by these days but Home Comfort definitely operates by the Golden Rule! God Bless them!!

    My husband called late last night when our furnace wasn’t turning on. He spoke to an employee and they told us someone would call us the next day to say when they could come by and diagnose the problem. He came around the time he anticipated. The technician figured out the issues swiftly and was able to fix them as well.
