I was coming in from out of town and it made it difficult to for me not knowing a day in advance if it would be an early or later time frame. Also, I was disappointed that I could not speak to a technical representative as the whole appointment may have been avoided if I could. I also have another technical question but don’t want to have to schedule another appointment. Thanks for reaching out
