  $265 for a half hour service call… yikes.. no drilling no digging just troubleshooting… idk I’d call around for well service to be honest with ya..

  I had been waiting for 25 months for another company to drill a new well for a new construction. Granted I was not in a terrible hurry but I would see and call the owner of the other company every month or so. I heard nothing but excuses after excuses. I finally had had enough. I called Wiley and Chrissy was absolutely amazing to deal with. The paperwork was detailed, thorough and complete. She scheduled the well to be drilled and did everything she said and promised and everything the paperwork described. She was very considerate, polite, professional, and explained everything perfectly. I had also called another company after the previous one I mentioned and they did not show up and I waited on them all day. My phone calls following that day were never returned again. Wiley Well Drilling is quite simply A++ Honesty and integrity to the highest standard.

  This man is insane!! First he wanted us to give him the full price up front the day before the drilling. After speaking with family I explained my reservations with Larry and he flipped out saying that he couldn't trust us and that we were going to cheat him. I told him I could give him the money the day of and after yelling he finally accepted the plan. Well the day he showed up without notice that the permit was approved so we didn't expect him to be there so we didn't pull the money out of the savings account yet. Larry flipped out yelling and cursing and saying it will cost an extra $100 an hour while we waited for my father in law to leave work and go to the bank and bring the money. Well Larry decided to leave without notice and when I seen the trucks leaving I went outside and he said "we will never be back"... 3 minutes later my father in law pulled in with the cash. We have been without water for a month and I have a 3yr old and an 18 month old that have been ill and this is how we have been treated while we have been trying to live a normal life with no water. Please do not let this man treat you as this man has to my family. I have no idea what we are going to do but I will not ever ask him to do anything again. However, the two young men and the secretary were very kind and apologetic and said he does this to them (putting them in the middle) often. I just feel awful for his workers.
