They came and just filled it with coolant (or whatever it is) and didn't even look at the system. I had to call another place less than an hour later to come over and look because it wasn't working. Turns out a coil was dryrotted and the unit itself was 30 yrs old and needed replaced (and it actually did, I got a few opinions and quotes). They literally did nothing but take advantage of me not being present and just filled it up to charge for labor and material when they did zero actual labor or effort. I even explained when I called that the entire system needed looked at and that it was old, needed maintenance, etc...

Jim Bob their technician came out to the house and literally it looked like he tore the furnace apart and put it back together and cleaned it really good and made sure that everything was working properly. He was extremely knowledgeable on the equipment he was working on and besides being a complete expert at his job he was extremely personable so it was a very very pleasant. He was extremely thorough in checking out the furnace and again extremely thorough with cleaning it up and making sure that everything was working properly. He did not leave until everything checked out to specifications and he made sure that I was pleased with the work that he had done before he left. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who needed any kind of furnace or AC work done. They have my business!
