- DCDaren CollinsApr 9, 20261.0Last thursday , I called and asked if they had any jumping jacjs for sale, I was told yes for 532.00, left work in North Liberty to go get it, got there and was told it was already sold, after I was told they were holding it for me. Then I was offered one from Kentucky for 800.00, and they would ship it here and would be here no later than Tuesday. Well I called Tuesday and was told it was shipped without a tracking label , so they couldnt track it, by Ben. Then I talked to Daniel and was told it never was shipped , still sitting in Kentucky. 6 days of being lied too, and still no jumping jack !! Then after all that bs , was asked if there was anything else they could help me with. I will never ever do business with this company again and advise everyone to be aware of dealing with them. Names of people who bs me, Maria, Ben, jake, Daniel, and still nothing !!!!!! I was also told that , I shouldn't be that mad because I wasnt out anything, well I was out of time, gas . In 42 years in construction I have never done business with a company that treated their customers this way. They should work on their attitude's towards their customers. Sad situation.
