Owned a Trane in the home for 23 years, Very minor problems, more or less just wear and tear on long term usage. Want to get an upgrade to the current unit I have, but when you have sit on the phone for close to (48 mins) and hour and no one want's to answer the phone, what are you going to do? Is there a corporate office to call? The Trane store in South Bend IN out on Cleveland Ave DOES NOT answer their phone. SO If I want to get and upgrade I have to drive across town to hope there is someone in the store to talk with. A product is only as good as the service provided!

This has been an incredibly poor experience working with Trane. They've left us on the hook with two large makeup air units that overtemp and shut down a few times per week. They never respond to repeated requests for help. I'd recommend going elsewhere if possible.
